Cancelation conditions

The reservation made may be canceled free of charge as long as the cancellation request is made 8 days before the date of arrival at the hotel.

Modification of the reservation

If for any reason, you can’t make use of your reservation, we will fully refund the cost once the room can be put on sale and the reservation is made under the same conditions as you did. This process can be long, so the income of your money may take a while. Even non-refundable reservations can be recipient of this.
